Delete your account and data

Do you want your MissionZebra account and all related data to be deleted? Please follow the steps below.

How to submit a deletion request

1. Send an email to missionzebrahelp@gmail.com.
2. Use the subject line: Delete account.
3. Mention in the email the email address you use to log in to the app, so we can identify your account.

Once we have verified your request, we will delete:

• your parent account
• the linked child profiles
• tasks, rewards and screen time data

After deletion, we no longer keep your data in our active systems. Any backups will be overwritten within a maximum of 30 days.
